If you are not satisfied with any of our skin care, hygiene or disinfection products that you purchased from one of our authorized resellers, you can request a refund or a product replacement by the expiration date of your product.
Please note that the Microbe Solutions, LLC Satisfaction Guarantee is only applicable to original, end-user purchasers. We are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers; hence, the Guarantee is not available for products purchased from such sellers. In case of a Guarantee request, we reserve the right to require valid proof of purchase and to deny the request at our discretion if we suspect abuse or fraud. We also reserve the right to limit the number of products a customer can return under this Guarantee and to deny requests for returns of bulk quantities of products.

Microbe Solutions, LLC warrants that our dispensers and other hardware will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and conditions, for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty is limited to the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable.
What is Covered
This warranty covers defects in material and workmanship that arise under normal use and conditions. This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by accident, abuse, neglect, or misuse.
- Damage caused by improper storage or handling.
- Damage caused by exposure to extreme temperatures or humidity.
- Damage caused by alterations or modifications to the product.
- Damage caused by unauthorized repair or service.
- Normal wear and tear.

We will repair or replace your product at our option. If we repair your product, we will use new or refurbished parts. If we replace your product, we will replace it with a new or refurbished product.
What We Will Not Do
We will not refund your purchase price. We will not pay for shipping or handling charges. We will not provide any other form of compensation.
Other Important Terms
This warranty is the only warranty that we provide for this product. We make no other express warranties and we disclaim all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product. We will not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use or misuse of this product.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
